Refund and Returns Policy
Returns
You may return an eligible item within 6 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging and with all tags. Items marked “Not eligible for return” on their product page cannot be returned.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number. We will confirm whether the return is accepted and how to send the item back. us
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid back using the original payment method, or by bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders, within 3 days of us receiving and checking the item.
